Shun Lee 98th ST

Awadh is an Indian spot on the UWS of Manhattan that is where you go to get some real indian food. We were pleasantly surprised to see the place absolutely packed on a Thurs night, had to wait 30 min for a table with no reservations (so make reservations!). The service is attentive, the food is just fabulous (having tried the owner&#39;s other restaurant Bhatti in Curry Hill I expected nothing less). We left wanting more and can&#39;t wait to return!

I made an appointment with my friends for lunch. I always chose to eat Western food. This western restaurant is located in the city center and close to the subway station. After getting off the subway, it takes only seven or eight minutes to walk. Their Huilinton steak is quite good.
